As Director of Operations, Jon focuses on providing colleges with individualized research plans to meet specific needs, goals, and objectives. He specializes in database development, research methodology including surveys, program evaluation, data mining, statistical analysis, and policy and program development.

Jon holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Nebraska with specialization in research methods and statistics. He has published articles in professional journals, written research grants, and conducted research for academic, government, and private sector institutions. These institutions have included University of Nebraska; Nebraska Department of Health; Alta Colleges; Snohomish County Law and Justice Cabinet, WA; City of South Bend, IN; Health Partners Insurance; Westfield Police Department, MA; and City of Denver, CO.

Diane M. Badzinski, Ph.D., email

As Director of Communication and Research, Diane specializes in marketing and recruitment strategies. She works on all phases of the research process including defining research goals and objectives, questionnaire design, survey methodology, data collection, statistical analyses, and strategic planning.

Diane holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication from St. Cloud State and the University of California-Santa Barbara. Her doctorate is in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Diane has devoted much of her professional career to higher education. She has taught college courses, at both private and public institutions, for over twenty years. Her research appears in professional journals and executive reports. She writes grants and has published a statistics textbook.
